WorldAgent Direct enhancements Delta Vacations now offers you the ability to modify, edit and manage more of your bookings within WorldAgent Direct. You can now add activities, ground transportation, trip protection, and agency service charge to your existing bookings. You can also assign air seats, add hotel preferences and requests, update traveler information, apply payment(s) or cancel a reservation. You will also now be able to manage and modify your multi-destination bookings online as needed within WorldAgent Direct. Additionally, you will also be able to access your travel documents directly in WorldAgent Direct, eliminating the need for a booking-specific password. While most of your bookings will now be accessible for management online, there are a few cases in which you will need to contact Delta Vacations at 1-800-727-1111 for assistance, including: Multiple destination bookings where there are more than five hotel rooms at any given leg. Multiple destination bookings that have car/ground transportation on any given leg will not allow you to add additional car/ground transportation for the legs that do not have it already booked. Multiple destination bookings in which you’d like to add an optional tour/activity for a destination that has no land booked within the itinerary (no car/ground or hotel).
